Frequently asked questions

What certifications do you verify?

We verify GRS (Global Recycled Standard), RCS (Recycled Claim Standard), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OCS, FSC, RSPO, SEDEX/SMETA, and other material and social certifications depending on your supply chain. We work with whatever your buyers or brand guidelines require.

How many suppliers can you cover?

Our Professional engagement covers 20 suppliers and up to 60 certificates. Starter covers 5 suppliers/15 docs, Enterprise covers 50 suppliers/150 docs. Additional suppliers can be added at €100 each beyond the tier scope.

What is a certificate register?

A certificate register is a structured, audit-ready document listing each supplier's certifications, scope, issue date, expiry, certified entity, and certifying body — cross-referenced against your material claims to flag any inconsistencies before an auditor does.

Why do material-claim consistency reviews matter?

A supplier may hold a valid GRS certificate for one product line but use it to cover claims on another. Our consistency review cross-checks every certificate scope against actual purchase orders to identify these gaps before they become audit findings or greenwashing liabilities.

How long does the engagement take?

Our Professional engagement (20 suppliers, 60 certificates) typically takes 3–5 weeks from onboarding to final report. A Starter engagement (5 suppliers) can be completed in 1–2 weeks. Enterprise engagements with on-site validation run 6–8 weeks.
